As a researcher, I would prefer to follow the questionnaire survey. This is basically considered as a form of research instrument comprising of a set of questions or may be items proposed to capture certain responses delivered by the respondents in a standard method. Mostly, unstructured questions do question the respondents to provide a proper response in their own words while the structured questions to ask the respondent to select one appropriate response among the list of answers (Hagan & Hagan, 1997). Subject response to individual questioning or structured questionnaires might be summed into composite scale or index especially for statistical evaluation.
